RESERVATION POLICIES:
• Please note that your reservation will be held until 10:30 AM. After this time, availability cannot be guaranteed, as admission will be based on a first-come, first-served basis. No refunds will apply for late arrivals or no-shows.

• Del Mar Latino Beach club Cozumel is reserved "as is" on the date, number of persons confirmed on your email Letter confirmation.
• A deposit payment is required at the moment of your reservation ($20.00 USD per Adult).
• Deposits will be automatically processed to guarantee your spot at Del Mar Latino Beach Club Cozumel. The balance is shown on your letter confirmation and must be paid upon arrival at the beach club, in cash or credit card (Visa or Master Card only).
• In case of a group reservation total balance amount has to be paid for one person only, separated payments per person are not accepted.
- Travel checks will not be accepted as a form of payment due to local government regulations.
• If you have already a reservation and in case that you want to add more people to your party please submit a new reservation online for extra persons (Subject to availability at the moment of your booking).
OPERATION HOURS: Rainy or sunny day Del Mar Latino Beach club is open from: Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 pm (Cozumel Time | Eastern Time).
PACKAGE DESCRIPTION: All inclusive Day Pass, includes:
• Snacks- À la carte menu including cold & hot snacks. Services from 10:00 am to 3:00p.m.
• Open bar - domestic and premium brands including bottled or can beer, wine, cocktails, sodas, juices and bottled water. Service until 3:30p.m.
• Infinity pool.
• Natural ocean pool (Access to the ocean via stairs. We suggest to bring your water shoes and your own snorkel gear to enjoy the snorkeling experience!).
• Small man-made beach area.
• Lounge chairs and Umbrellas (first-come, first-served).
• Free WiFi
• We suggest to bring your beach towel.
RESTRICTIONS:
• For safety reasons, guests must be able to ascend and descend 6 steps independently to access the sea; handrails are available.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to swim at the beach club’s sea access.
• The legal drinking age in Mexico is 18 years.
• LOCATION:
We are located in the South Hotel Zone at Km. 4, less than half a mile north (within walking distance) from Cozumel’s main cruise piers: Puerta Maya and International SSA, where Carnival, Royal Caribbean, MSC, and Celebrity Cruises typically dock.
If your ship docks at Punta Langosta Pier, we are just a short 10-minute taxi ride away. This pier also receives Disney, Norwegian, and occasionally the cruise lines mentioned above
We recommend checking in advance which pier your cruise ship will dock at. You will find us directly across from Casa del Mar Hotel.
If you arrive on a passenger ferry such as Ultramar, Winjet, or Xcaret, we are just a 10-minute taxi ride away.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be aware that on your way to Del Mar Latino Cozumel Beach Club, you may encounter people or taxi drivers who provide misleading information about our facilities or attempt to redirect you to other beach clubs, tours, or timeshare presentations. Kindly ignore these offers and continue directly to Del Mar Latino Cozumel Beach Club. Our Beach Club is located right across the street of Casa del Mar Hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellation requests must be sent to reservations@delmarlatinobeachclubcozumel.com
Important:
• Only the passenger whose name appears on the reservation may request a cancellation.
• Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of booking (PayPal or Stripe). Cash or check refunds cannot be issued.
• Please include the following information in your cancellation request: passenger name, confirmation number, and arrival date (required).
REFUND POLICIES FOR SPECIAL SITUATIONS:
Request that not comply with any of the below situation are not subject to refund. Please refrain from sending your request for refund to more than one department. Refunds are not processed automatically, please contact us via email to reservations@delmarlatinobechclubcozumel.com within 15 calendar days after the arrival date booked).
• If your cruise ship is unable to visit the Port of Cozumel, your deposit will be 100% refunded. (Limited to your particular Cruise not visiting the Port during your cruise).
• In the event of severe weather conditions, refunds apply only in the case of a hurricane and only if the beach club is closed. Refunds do not apply for rain or minor storms.
• In the event of a cruise itinerary change, refunds apply only if rescheduling for a new arrival date is not possible. Refunds do not apply for changes in arrival time to Cozumel or if the cruise ship visits Cozumel on an earlier or later date.
Important:
• Request for a refund will only be accepted within 15 calendar days after the arrival date booked. If the refund applies, It may take up to 3 weeks to be processed. Some refunds would be subject to a refund fee by paypal.
NO SHOW PENALTIES
If you do not show for the reserved excursion we will charge the full balance to your credit card. Please note: A $50.00 usd administrative fee will be charged on your credit card for any chargeback of your beach break deposit when ruled in favor of our company by your using bank. If you dispute the deposit charge not recognized a $50.00 usd administrative fee will be charged on your credit card.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Del Mar Latino Beach Club Cozumel is offered as a private and relaxing beach club experience. We do not provide or allow for a loud spring break party atmosphere. Please note that the beach club staff reserves the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any client who appears drunk or who is behaving in a disorderly manner. The beach club also reserves the right to remove any client from the property, without refund, who is behaving in an inappropriate or offensive manner. Please note that topless sunbathing is not permitted.
Tips for enjoying your beach break: Be sure to bring towels from the ship, sun screen, hats, sunglasses and a camera to capture some fun shots of your beach break at Del Mar Latino Beach Club.
