- Transportation Information
- Due to port regulations in Cozumel, we are unable to provide transportation from the cruise port to the beach club. Upon arrival at your cruise terminal, taxis are readily available at the terminal exit. Nachi Cocom Beach Club is located approximately 10 miles (15 minutes) from the cruise piers.
- The taxi fare is approximately USD $20–22 one way for up to 4 passengers . An additional fee applies for extra passengers.
- As Nachi Cocom is a private beach club, the entrance gate may be closed when you arrive. Please do not be concerned—simply open the gate and enter.
- For your return, taxis are always available at the beach club to take you back to your cruise ship pier.

### RESERVATION POLICIES
- A Friendly Reminder for Your TRANSPORATION TO NACHI-COCOM - 
For your peace of mind, please be aware that you are not required to provide your reservation confirmation to taxi drivers or other transportation providers who may request it in order to provide transportation to Nachi Cocom.
Your reservation confirmation is for your personal use and will be requested by the Nachi Cocom staff upon arrival to verify your reservation.
Please do not feel pressured to share your confirmation or to use a particular transportation service. You are welcome to choose the transportation option that best suits your needs.
We look forward to welcoming you to Nachi Cocom and hope you enjoy a wonderful day with us!
Beach Break at Nachicocom are reserved "as is" on the date, number of persons confirmed on your email Letter confirmation.
A deposit payment is required at the moment of your reservation and it is non-refundable.
Deposits will be automatically processed to guarantee your spot at Nachi Cocom Beach Club. The balance is shown on your letter confirmation and must be paid upon arrival at the beach club, in cash or credit card (Visa or Master Card only).
In case of a group reservation total balance amount has to be paid for one person only, separated payments per person are not accepted.
As of August 01st, 2014 travel checks will not be accepted as a form of payment due to local government regulations.
If you have already a reservation and in case that you want to add more people, please submit a new reservation online for extra persons (Subject to availability at the moment of your booking). 
ALL INCLUSIVE BEACH BREAK: is rain or shine and includes :
+ Open Monday to Saturday : Opening hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday from 10:30 am to 6.00 p.m. (Cozumel local Time) Subject to Change without previous notification.
+ Open bar: domestic and premium brands including bottled beer, wine, cocktails, sodas, juices and water. Service from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:30 P.M and Sunday From 10:30 a m to 5:00 p.m.
+ A delicious 4 course lunch is served a la carte at your leisure and includes Mexican Specialties as well as Caribbean treats. Kitchen service from Monday to Saturday from 10:30 am to 3:00 p.m and Sunday from 11:30 am to 4:00 p.m. .
+ Use of the facilities: Pool, Jacuzzi, Restaurant, Bathrooms, Beach, Hammocks & Palapas “Natural umbrellas” ( subject to availbility, first come first serve).
+ Complementary lounge chairs guarantee.
+ On site accessible self- parking
+ Dry Changing room
+ Lockers (subject to availability).
Terms and Conditions: Nachi Cocom is offered as a private and relaxing beach club experience. Nachi Cocom does not provide or allow for a loud spring break party atmosphere. Please note that the beach club staff reserves the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any client who appears drunk or who is behaving in a disorderly manner. The beach club also reserves the right to remove any client from the property, without refund, who is behaving in an inappropriate or offensive manner. Please note that topless sunbathing is not permitted.
CANCELATION 
Your deposit at the moment of your reservation is non refundable in case of a cancellation.
REFUND POLICIES:
Your deposit at the moment of your booking is non refundable, however in the following situations, we will make an exception (none automatic refunds will be processed, please contact us via email to reservations@cozumelnachicocom.com within 15 calendar days after the arrival date booked). Requests that do not comply with any of the conditions outlined below are not eligible for a refund. Please avoid submitting duplicate requests to multiple departments.”
 *. In the event that you Ship will not be able to visit the Port of Cozumel your deposit will be 100% refunded. (Limited to your particular Cruise not visiting the Port during your cruise).
 *. In case of inclement weather. The policy is in effect for Hurricane only, not for lesser impacting storm or rain and just if the beach club is closed.
 *. Change in ship's itinerary. Refunds apply only If rescheduling on a new arrival date is not possible. Refunds do not apply to a change in arrival time to Cozumel port or if the cruise ship changes its itinerary and visit Cozumel Port on an earlier or later date. .
Request that not comply with any of the above situation are not subject to refund.
Important:
 - Only the passenger whose name appears on the beach break reservation can apply for a refund.
 - Requests for a refund will only be accepted within 15 calendar days after the arrival date booked. If the refund applies, It may take a time to be processed. Some refunds would be subject to a refund fee.
 - Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment. Cash or checks cannot be issued.
 - Please include in your refund request the following information: passenger's name, confirmation number & date of arrival.
Requests that do not comply with the above policies are not subject to refund.
NO SHOW PENALTIES 
If you do not show for the reserved excursion we will charge the full balance to your credit card. Please note:A $50.00 usd administrative fee will be charged on your credit card for any chargeback of your beach break deposit when ruled in favor of our company by your using bank. If you dispute the deposit charge not recognized a $50.00 usd administrative fee will be charged on your credit card.
EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Activities are not included in the beach break rate. Extra charges apply. You will pay the remainder of your balance to the supplier of each activity directly.
RATES: 
Massage: 30 Minutes... $ 39.00 usd per person / 60 minutes..... $ 59.00 usd per person. . (Service not available for pregnant women). 
Please schedule your massage upon arrival. All appoitments are subject to the supplier availability. 
Towels rental: $ 5.00 usd per each one.
Additional optional activities are available at Nachi Cocom. The services listed below are independently owned and operated by a third-party provider. Nachi Cocom serves solely as the venue and is not responsible for the information provided, pricing, reservations, delays, cancellations, incidents, injuries, equipment malfunctions, or any other matters related to these activities.
