CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY
At Bee Friendly Cozumel, we understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be clear and fair to our guests while allowing us to properly prepare for each experience.
1. Cancellations
More than 48 hours before the experience:cancellation with a full refund.
Between 24 and 48 hours before the experience: you may request a free date change, subject to availability.
Less than 24 hours before the experience: the reservation is considered non-refundable. However, please contact us, as depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer a date change or another alternative.
No-show: no refund or date change will be provided.
2. Date or Time Changes
* Changes should be requested as far in advance as possible.
* All changes are subject to availability.
* If the new date or time has a different price, the corresponding difference may apply.
* We will always do our best to find an alternative before canceling your reservation.
3. Cruise Ship Guests
* If your cruise changes its itinerary, changes its schedule, or is unable to arrive in Cozumel for reasons beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible.
* We will work with you to find the best possible solution, including changing the time or date of your experience, subject to availability.
* If your cruise line cancels its visit to Cozumel and rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be offered, depending on the circumstances.
4. Delays
* If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you without affecting the experience of other guests.
* Significant delays may reduce the time available for your experience and do not guarantee a refund.
* If you know you will be delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.
5. Weather Conditions
* The experience may take place during normal rain conditions, as long as it is safe to do so.
* If weather conditions create a risk to our guests, staff, or bees, Bee Friendly may modify, postpone, or cancel the experience.
* If we cancel the experience, we will offer rescheduling or a refund, as applicable.
6. Cancellation by Bee Friendly
In exceptional circumstances that may compromise the safety of our guests, staff, or animals, Bee Friendly may cancel or modify an experience. In these cases, we will offer an alternative date or the corresponding refund.
7. Group Reservations
* Different cancellation conditions may apply to large groups. These conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.
* Any reduction in the number of guests should be communicated as far in advance as possible.
8. Refunds
* Refunds will be issued using, whenever possible, the same payment method used for the reservation.
* The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
9. Important
By making a reservation, you agree to this cancellation policy. We encourage you to communicate any changes as soon as possible. We will always do our best to find the best solution before a reservation is lost.
